Join us for a weekly mindfulness practice that will teach you how to use a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques. Mindfulness has been shown to alleviate stress, improve mental well-being, and cultivate a more compassionate way of relating to the self and to others.

Seniors Create Project
The touching and inspiring stories collected have been worked into a performance script and an amazing cast of senior-aged actors has been assembled: Yvonne Adalian, Bernard Cuffling, Richard Newman and Gina Stockdale. This project highlights long lives lived with great strength and resiliency. The stories collected show the joy and great privilege in aging.
