• Chair Yoga – On Hiatus

    Chair Yoga is an adapted form of yoga that utilizes chairs instead of mats. This exercise provides a challenging workout that is sure to improve your health! This program is suitable for people of all abilities, including those with physical restrictions. Chair yoga encourages quiet reflection, relaxation, proper breathing, good posture, and a sense of well-being.

  • Intro to Latin Dance

    Tuesdays (ongoing)
    Members: $5/class
    Non-members: $6/class

    Join us for an introductory Latin dance class. Learn the fundamentals of dance, including basic steps, rhythm and timing. You’ll gain basic knowledge and the confidence to get out on the dance floor and start having fun! No partner or experience required. We will be learning some basic tango movements in April! Bring your dancing shoes!

  • Walking Club

    Fridays (ongoing)

    Let’s walk together to get fit! Walking is a great cardiovascular exercise that works your entire body. Walking can reduce the risk of hip fractures, stroke, and heart disease, and protect the brain against memory loss. Our walking club offers various 2-hour walks in the neighborhood for individuals of all skills levels.


  • A meditating hand
    Tai Chi

    Learn this ancient Chinese martial art form that uses deliberate standing movements, meditation and deep breathing to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Described as “meditation in motion,” this practice improves your flexibility, joint strength, circulation, balance, and coordination and increases your mental focus and awareness, helping you achieve a sense of inner peace.

    Stretch and Strength

    Mondays (ongoing)
    10:30 - 11:30am
    Members: $8/ class or $98/ 14 weeks
    Non-members: $10/ class

    This class focuses on gentle stretches that can help you with relaxation, relieving tension, and maintaining your range of motion. Is also features gentle strength exercises that target the upper and lower body to increase strength and overall fitness.

  • Osteo-Fit

    Wednesdays (ongoing)
    Next session:April 3rd to June 19th
    Members: $8/ class or $84/ 12 weeks
    Non-members: $10/ class

    This class is a BC Women’s Hospital certified falls prevention program for individuals with osteoporosis, low bone density, and those who are at risk of fractures. It provides safe and gentle exercises to improve strength, coordination, and balance, enhance confidence, and reduce the risk of falls.

  • Gentle Yoga

    Tuesdays (ongoing)
    10:45am - 12:00pm

    Members: $8/ class or $42/ 6 weeks
    Non-Members: $12/ class or $48/ 6 weeks
    6 week payment session: March 5th - April 9th

    A yoga practice adapted for beginners and those interested in a more gentle approach. using a combination of chair yoga, yoga postures and gentle breathing, you will learn how to use yoga practice to help you deal with stress, become more relaxed, gain awareness, and keep your body moving with ease.
