    Come and learn about how to access your own No Cost Law kit and a funeral guide and to have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the presenters and, if you wish, enroll in burial and final experience benefits. The 30 minute presentation is being given by Global Life and No Law Kit. We look forward to seeing you!

    The 411 Seniors Centre Society’s wonderful M.E.L.T. program is back at the Centre! In this cooking class, led by our amazing Tuesday chef, Phyllis, you’ll learn to prepare delicious dishes, connect with fellow members, and at the end, enjoy tasting the food you’ve created together. Come join us, make new friends, and let food be the bond that unites us all. We look forward to seeing you there!

    January is Hobby Month! Join us after lunch, as we start this new year, to share about our favourite hobbies (new and old!) and try out some new ones together. Try your hand at clay, zine making, weaving, and puzzles.

    Live Peace 24/7 Seniors Home Care Corp. is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and disabled individuals through compassionate, personalized home care services. They will be joining us to present an important information session. Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among seniors, but many are preventable with the right strategies. This session will help us all to learn practical tips for reducing fall risks at home and in daily life. They will cover topics such as improving balance and mobility, creating a safer living environment, and the importance of regular exercise. Let’s work together to keep you safe and independent!

    Join us for a visit of the beautiful Bloedel Conservatory. Self-described as a lush paradise, it is home to koi fish, over 500 plants, and many birds, some of whom will delight not only with their colours, but also with their vocabulary. This is a great opportunity to feel like you’re on a tropical vacation with friends, temporarily shielded from the cold January afternoon! The price includes transportation and
    entry.

    Join us for a delicious lunch to celebrate the newly arrived Chinese Lunar New Year. This year is the Year of the Snake! We will have some special dishes prepared for you to enjoy with friends, new and old.
