    “I joined the South Granville Seniors Centre in 2004 and worked as a dishwasher for the Wednesday group, then I moved to the reception job. I was born in Fiji Islands, moved to Vancouver in 1970. It was a big adjustment for me [and] apart from speaking English I speak Hindi. I enjoy working at South Granville Seniors Centre and I would like to thank Ms. Danna, Ms. Gina and our new staff Ms. Linda. They all are very accommodating and welcoming. South Granville Seniors Centre has very good programs and activities for the Seniors to come and attend and enjoy.”
